We often get stuck in B2B (Business to Business) or B2C (Business to Consumer), but ultimately, it’s always about people. Business and collaborations are conducted between people, regardless of their function, role, or assignment. We call it H2H—yes, yet another catchy acronym, but one with immense wisdom and simplicity behind it.

P stands for Passion: Starting from inner drive and passion provides strength, credibility, and a greater chance of success. That’s why we start with our why!

O symbolizes Ownership: Personal responsibility and ownership mean going the extra mile to succeed. If everyone takes responsibility for their part, results are achieved faster.

W means World: No observation, no clue. We are part of a global ecosystem where parts create the whole and influence each other. Keeping an eye on the world and understanding your role within it gives an advantage and enables success.

E stands for Engagement: We possess knowledge, experiences, and ideas. Through engagement and optimizing each other’s insights, we reach inner passion and thereby the willingness to take ownership.

R for Result: To achieve set goals and generate results in both the short and long term, clarity, trust, and consensus are required. This reduces the risk of going astray, losing momentum, and diminishing involvement.
